All small animal treatment is to be paid for in full as the job is completed and before the animal is discharged. If large animal treatment is put on an agreed account by the practice manager, it must be paid for within 14 days of the treatment date.
We have different payment options available if you are unable to pay your account via cash or eftpos. We currently offer Vetpay and Afterpay at both clinics and our staff can assist you in apply for an account if needed.
Costs of Recovery - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Monto Veterinary Group in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify Monto Veterinary Group. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
